What is Crossfit?

In your everyday life, you are constantly squatting, picking things up, carrying grocery bags, lifting heavy boxes and running after buses. These are all varied functional body movements, which Crossfit employs in all its workouts. It helps to build that strength, stamina and mobility to make everyday life easier.

Absolutely Anyone

Yes that’s right! Absolutely anyone can participate in Crossfit workouts regardless of age, gender, body type/size, and fitness level. If a prescribed workout is too heavy or the movement requires more strength and flexibility, no problem! We simply set a scaled version of the workout to suit your needs!

Crossfit Kids

The future of fitness is also one of our main focus. So many youngsters are inundated with false advertising regarding the benefits of eating well and exercising regularly that it leads to poor life choices which may result in obesity or other health hazards. Crossfit 5000 is making it a mission to combat this epidemic.

Getting Started

If you are looking to improve health, lose weight, gain muscles mass, or just maintain fitness, then we suggest to take that leap of faith and give us a go. Our workouts are challenging, but our methods are fun, effective and very rewarding. It doesn't matter what shape, size or how different you are, we make it our mission to offer coaching and advice aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life.

All new members to CrossFit must complete this course that will safely introduce you to the movements and intensity that we use on a daily basis. You will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and you will also gain a basic understanding of self-care and mobility.

Step 3

Regular Classes

Once you completed the Fundamentals course, we would encourage you to participate in the regular classes as a fellow member!
