5 Sets of 3 Power Snatch at 70%, focus on moving the feet out.

Push Press

5 Sets of 5 reps of Push Press at 70%. Keeping heels down on the press.

Snatch Pull

5 sets of 3 reps Snatch Pull at 90% of your 1 RM Snatch. Focus on driving straight up and not leaning back at the pull.
