Power Snatch

Complete 2 sets of 3 Power Snatch at 70%, followed by 3 sets of 2 reps at 75%.

Focus on gettting the tall extension and moving the feet.

Push Press

Complete 2 sets of 5 Push Press at 70%, and then 3 sets of 5 reps at 75%.

Focus on keeping the heels down.

Snatch Pull

Complete 2 sets of 3 Snatch Pulls at 90%, and then 3 sets of 3 at 95%.
