Station 2 – Single-Arm Overhead DB Press x 8-10 reps

Station 3 – Single-Arm Overhead DB Press x 8-10 reps

Station 4 – Bent over Lateral raises 12-15 reps

Ring Rows

Feet-Elevated Rings rows:

4x 10*

with

4x 10-20 Unbroken push ups *

*Strict as possible. Straight body, no lower back arch on push ups or upper body curl on ring rows.
