*2-3 seconds down, pause at the bottom

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes:

Set 1: 9 Deadlifts + 5-10 Handstand ups

Set 2: 15 Deadlifts + 5-10 Handstand Push ups

Set 3: 21 Deadlifts + Max Set of Handstand Push ups
