Set 1: 5 reps @ 40%

Set 2: 5 reps @ 50%

Set 3: 3 reps @ 60 %

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:

Set 1: 5 reps @75%

Set 2: 3 reps @ 85%

Set 3: 1 rep or more @ 95%

Conditioning

Dumbbell Z Press x 5 reps

Two arm Dumbbell bent over row: 8 reps

Rest 60
