With only one person working at a time-

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Each)

Deadlift 100kg/70kg

Bench Press 60/40kg

Clean 50kg/35kg

Person 1 completes 10 Deadlifts, then partner 2 completes their 10 deadlifts. Partner 1 Completes their 10 Bench press…so on UNTIL both partners go all the way down to 1 rep on all 3 movements!
