Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible with a partner in 25 minutes of:

10 Devils Press

20 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges

30 Wall Balls

400m Run

Person 1 does the Devil Press, then person 2 does the lunges, person 1 does Wall balls, both Partners Run. But then Person 2 starts the next round on the devil Press, etc.
