Note: 10 sec with good position is better than 20 sec with poor position.

8-10 Single Leg Squats off Box
10-12 Opposing Limb Arch Raises
In 5 minutes complete 3 rounds of:
10 Weighted Overhead Circles (each direction)
25 sec Hold Posterior Pelvic Tilts.
