Every 90 secs proceed with the following Warm up sets:

Set 1: 5 reps @ 40%

Set 2: 5 rep @ 50%

Set 3: 3 reps @ 60%

Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes:

Set 1: 3 reps @ 70%

Set 2: 3 reps @ 80%

Set 3: 3 reps or more @ 90%

Strict Press

Every 90 secs proceed with the following Warm up sets:

Set 1: 5 reps @ 40%

Set 2: 5 rep @ 50%

Set 3: 3 reps @ 60%

Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes:

Set 1: 3 reps @ 70%

Set 2: 3 reps @ 80%

Set 3: 3 reps or more @ 90%
