5 reps @ 77.5%

with 8 Barbell bent over rows in between sets (build in weight)

Metcon (4 Rounds for calories)

4 Rounds:

Sprint 25/15* Calories on the Assault bike

Rest 3:00

*Number will be scaled back to a number you can sprint in 30-50 secs if need be.
