Tired from a long week of work and training like a boss? Then you need to relax and unwind in this muscle relaxing, muscle repairing, body detoxifying bath.



1 Cup of Epsom Salts

1 Cup of Bi-Carb Soda

A Few Drops of Lavender Oil (100% pure only)

All of these can be purchased from your local supermarket.



1. Fill a bath with warm water.

2. Add all ingredients.

3. Sit relax and unwind for a minimum of 20mins. 40mins is optimal.


How does it work?

The epson salts, also know as magnesium sulphate will help to relax your muscles. The bi-carb soda will draw out toxins from the body and the lavender oil will help to relax and unwind.
