Warming uping to 70-80% with the following conplex:

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance

Then…

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

1.1.1 Drop and Reset

Starting around 70% going no higher than 80% if you build across the sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

9 Min AMRAP

10 Dumbbell Squats

10 Bar facing Burpees

30 Double Unders
